نگرش هستی‌شناسانه به صنایع شارعه در فلسفه ابن‌سینا؛ اتصال سنت اجتماعی به سنت الهی

چکیده
ابن‌سینا با ارایه دو نوع تقسیم‌بندی علوم، دیدگاه‌های متفاوتی نسبت به ماهیت و غایت علوم مطرح کرده است. این تقسیم‌بندی‌ها یکی مبتنی بر روش ارسطویی و دیگری تقسیم‌بندی خاص او در اثر منطق المشرقیین است. ابن‌سینا با ترکیب حکمت و شریعت، هماهنگی میان عقل و دین را برجسته کرده است. او شریعت را به مثابه ابزار اصلی پدیدآمدن سنت برای تحقق عدالت و تنظیم زندگی فردی (عبادات) و اجتماعی (معاملات) معرفی می‌کند. سنت از یک سو توسط سان (شارع-نبی) برای اداره اجتماع و بقای نوع انسانی تنظیم می‌شود و از سوی دیگر مرتبط با سنت الهی است که طبق آن عنایت خداوند مشمول خیررسانی به موجودات می‌شود. دیدگاه او بر ضرورت وجود شارع و خلیفه برای بقا و پایداری سنت تاکید دارد. این مقاله به تحلیل نگرش ابن‌سینا نسبت به صنایع شارعه و ارتباط آن با وحی، عقل فعال، سنت، شریعت، و سعادت انسانی پرداخته است.
