تحلیل و واکاوی دیدگاه رورتی در خصوص تفکیک حوزه‌خصوصی از حوزه‌عمومی

چکیده
رورتی با به‌چالش‌کشیدن کل سنت فلسفی غرب که به عقیده او باعث دوگانه‌انگاری‌های بی‌فایده نظری در طول تاریخ فلسفه شده، می‌خواهد در بستر "فرهنگ رستگاری‌بخش ادبی" به ساختارشکنی و رفع این دوگانه‌انگاری‌ها مبادرت ورزد. رورتی با ایجاد خط انشقاقی میان حوزه‌های خصوصی و عمومی می‌خواهد سهم و دخالت فیلسوفان را در ارائه دیدگاه‌های نظری و فلسفی مشخص کند و بگوید حوزه سیاست نیازی به کسب مبانی از معیارهای فردی حوزه خصوصی ندارد. گویی رورتی با تقلیل فلسفه به ادبیات می‌خواهد مانع از بلندپروازی‌ها و دخالت‌های فیلسوف با نظریه‎پردازی شود. در واقع، او با تفکیک بین دو حوزه خصوصی و عمومی یا سیاست معتقد است، ابزار فیلسوف تخیل و حوزه فکری وی فرهنگ ادبی و جایگاه او حوزه خصوصی است. آیا با فرض قبول معیارهای پراگماتیستی این تفکیک فرد در دو حوزه کاملاً مختلف از وی شخصیتی دوگانه نمی‌سازد؟ آیا این موضع‌گیری فکری می‌تواند معقول و قابل قبول باشد؟
